This study investigates factors like facilitating conditions, Social influence, behavioral intention, and motivation that impact the utilization of learning management systems (LMS) among Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation (SACA) instructors. A questionnaire was used to examine the objective of the study with the help of 45 SACA instructors as the sample through non-probability sampling methods. Correlational research was used to respond the queries that focus on the four dependent variables as well as independent variables. The study found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the factors like facilitating conditions, Social influence, behavioral intention, and motivation and the utilization of LMS among SACA instructors. However, among all the four factors, behavioral intention plays a huge role in the use of LMS among SACA instructors. Those outcomes helped the hypothesis in the framed model and can be used to same environments to enhance the intentions to use LMS in their training process.
